Vinification: fermentation and maturation in steel tanks for 5-8 months.

Aroma: fresh fruit and citrus.

Taste: fresh, savoury and fruity.

Pairings: all types of appetizers, raw fish, seafood, chicken, pasta with vegetables, fresh cheeses.
